2:43:52 this is a pretty darn fast 20 miler for me. 8:07 pace. I needed a run like this. Last week's 5K shook my confidence left me feeling like a failure. I feel much better now because of the pace I held for the last 8-10 miles of this run. I like how this run turned out. My PR marathon pace to date is 7:45. splits 9:03 8:40 8:39 8:36 8:25 8:27 8:23 8:30 8:34 8:29 8:12 8:12 7:54 7:46 7:36 7:36 7:27 7:21 7:24 7:12 and for the last .19 mile was 6:58 kick. This is my 3rd 20 miler in this training cycle. I feel much better about PR'ing at Salt Lake. |
