15 miles in 90 minutes on the bike. Took Ocean Beach bike path to Sunset Cliffs then up Hill St. to Point Loma. To the Embarcadero and home. Gorgeous weather! I'm going to really miss San Diego winters when I move to NYC next month! Evening hot yoga at Core Power.

Is your job taking you to NYC or changing jobs? Good luck with the move and I hope you have some great adventures on the East Coast.

Same job. Just transferring to the NYC office. I spent 140 days in NYC last year (out of ~250 weekdays in a year). I was feeling disconnected from my community because I was never home. My firm was kind enough to support my move. My travel will be cut down to virtually none, hopefully! I was really sorry to read about your ongoing struggles with your hamstring. I know how frustrating it is. Hang in there!
