5 miles on Hudson River path--north to the Intrepid Museum. About 1 mile in the middle with moderate effort. Sunny but cool day.

5 miles on Hudson River path--headed south and ran all the piers to Battery Park City, then direct route home. Felt very tired from working lots of stressful hours for the last 2 weeks (and hence no runs for the first 2 weeks of April). Didn't feel like running, but glad I did.

4 miles on Hudson River path--went north to Intrepid Meseum and back (no piers). Ran 5 fartleks in the second half of run. This was the first time I've run in the morning before work since moving to NYC about 6 weeks ago. I am finally fully adjusted to EDT!
