Stay healthy and in good enough shape that I can more or less keep up with my youngest daughter.
Personal:
My wife Laureen got me into running. She went into the St. George Marathon Ten Year Club last year and I should go in this year. I have two daughters (15 and 21).
Lunchtime run with Laureen. Beautiful and warm (temperature around 70). Ran along the golf course loop to the mouth of AF Canyon and then up the big hill.
Ran the golf course, Canyon Road at noon by myself as Laureen had a doctor's appointment. Pushed it hard enough that I felt sick afterwards. Average pace was 9:00. Ankle was quite sore afterwards (the hills had something to do with that, I'm sure).
