Early morning look around Highland Glen pond. I pushed the pace a bit as I didn't have much time this morning. Average pace was 8:15 and the last 0.6 was 7:32 pace. We have been getting out as a family just about every day, but I need to do much better about getting in a little more mileage at a little faster pace in the mornings. My current weight is 163.4 (that needs to come down!)

Misery loves company. Your weight is almost identical to mine, and mine also needs to come down. I was at or slightly under 150 just before St. George last October.
