LOL I came over here to your blog to tell you how fast your sister in law is running--seriously every time I see her at Gold's she is busting out another fast workout either uphill or sprints or tempo of some nature....and I laugh cause this looks similar to her workout...she was at a 9.0mph for quite some time!! and barely sweating and very nice form. WATCH OUT!!!

Not surprising. I thought I was going to die yesterday. Heavy legs from a longer weekend run coupled with 1/2 lb buffalo burger with fries right before I ran. Not a good combo! Felt much better at the tail end end working after working through some of that meal :)

I have done that...those runs are lard leg runs. Gotta not cave to the fries! And dang it i had someyesterday! But i for ed myself to get a half order and only eat half the order. More than once last year lard leg workouts were due to eating choices. But we like to think we deserve it right? :-)
