Wasatch 100 (100 Miles) 31:37:00 | | WASATCH 100
Second race in-a-row where I simply came un-done around mile 25 (20 at HRH). Rough day with low energy and caloric intake reduced piecing at aid stations. Nearly pulled out as I had no interest in walking 60+ miles. Run-walk-nap strategy got me to the finish line. On a positive note, killed the last 3-4 miles. Three of four races complete for the Rocky Mountain Slam. Next up Bear 100.

| | Ran Big Cottonwood half marathon course. Ran down canyon pre-race with headlamp, straightened a few cones, picked up a few mile markers that had blown down, etc. Not recommended--nearly tagged by a bus cutting corners.

| | Hike on Dry Creek-Deer Creek trail from Silver Lake Rd. Nice hike, esp first mile, beautiful little section. Would be a good family hike.
