Same run as Monday but tacked on a little extra so that I had to run up the hill on Main Street on the way home. There is a 5k in a week and a half which I am going to slug my way through. It is going to be ugly, but it will be a great workout. I am not setting any real goals, just to do my best. I have my eye on the 5k at the end of October when I may be able to get a respectable time. |
