I wanted to run 10 but couldn't get out of my house this morning. I kept changing my mind on what I wanted to wear. I ended up wearing too much and had to strip down halfway through the run. Ran 4.5 on my own and then 4.25 with group Splits - 8:56, 8:47, 8:49, 8:41, 8:48, 8:55, 9:04, 8:57, 6:50 (.75) Went to breakfast with the group and Trevor gave a great class on cross training to prevent injury. He almost had me convinced to try swimming ALMOST.
