Ran 10 miles the first four were with a neighbor who is training for her first 5K she was so fun to run with. She had never run farther than two miles. When we got to each turn around point she kept saying "I think I can go further." When we finished four miles she was so happy she rocked! I did 6 after by myself I kept thinking I was going much faster than I was. I think the slow pace of the first four miles through me off.
