Six miles with Heidi and then two on my own. The weather was great and half my neighborhood was out running. Where were all these runners for the last 6 months!

At least you have runners around there. I rarely see anyone out running around here. It's sad.

There are lots of fair weather runners on the trail in Murray as well. I guess they are just getting out of hibernation. Funny thing, for some, they must think it is still terribly cold. I ran in shorts and a t-shirt today and ran by one guy that was in a full Gore-Tex track suit. Maybe he is cold blooded.

They were inside their nice warm houses... exactly where I would be if I lived in that cold weather.
