Locally organized fundraiser 5k, 70 participants, including my wife. I found my way to second place by the half mile mark, and kept pace with the winner the rest of the way; he won by 4 seconds. I couldn't mount a challenge. I'm comparitively out of shape to the 50mpw version of myself. I'm fine with it right now, though. It looks like challenging 45 minutes for the turkey trot 10k will be a good goal. Russ is going to kick my butt.
