BST to Freedom Hills with a boost up the steep hill from my daughter. It was mid-day, somewhat warm. I ran pretty hard, trying to make it home in time for a 2:00 appointment. Didn't quite make it.

Thank goodness the appointment was recorded. Sounds like a nice way for some daddy-daughter time. Did you register for the Turkey 10K yet?
