6 slow miles on the treadmill. No discomfort in the knee, but what little cardio I had, I seem to have lost.
For the record, I'm glad this setback was nothing more serious.

Good news! Well, okay, not "good news" in a vacuum, but considering what it could have been, this is great news. What are your Boston plans now? See what you can regain and go from there? Can you defer?

No, Russ. There are no deferrals.
I'll take it easy this week, with shorter distance daily, and see how 10-11 miles on Saturday feels, then build up to another 20 miler 2 weeks out from the marathon.
I'm excited about the trip. There is never anything disappointing about running the boston marathon, with the exception of 2013.
