| 3 in the morning to Hidden Valley. 400m repeats in the afternoon at Little Valley Park. It was pretty cold for our workout today, it's starting to feel more like fall. Good workout today though and it was good to do some faster repeats and get the legs going to start the week.

| 3 in the morning to the bridge, pretty cold! In the afternoon we did .5 mile warm up then 7 miles out on the trails.

| 3 in the morning to The Spectrum. .5 mile warm up then the Michigan workout for the second time this season in the afternoon. Our times were a lot faster than last time, and I could feel it. The intervals on the track hurt, but I just focused on relaxing on the road miles and I felt pretty good. This was a good confidence booster going into the next couple races and onto track. These workouts on the track are getting me excited for the season!

| 3 in the morning to the bridge. .5 mile warm up before our workout, 1000m repeats w/200m recovery jog. The legs were really tired today, I think it's just because it's been a week of some pretty tough workouts.

| Kind of sat around all day and didn't really think I wanted to get out and run, but I was way glad that I did. 7 miles of just a nice and relaxed pace and I felt really good. First week over 60 miles for almost 2 months. It should be a good next few weeks of workouts before Nike and Footlocker. I'm feeling pretty good and I think I can do well if I keep running hard and taking care of things.
