Kind of sat around all day and didn't really think I wanted to get out and run, but I was way glad that I did. 7 miles of just a nice and relaxed pace and I felt really good. First week over 60 miles for almost 2 months. It should be a good next few weeks of workouts before Nike and Footlocker. I'm feeling pretty good and I think I can do well if I keep running hard and taking care of things.
