3 in the morning to The Spectrum. .5 mile warm up then the Michigan workout for the second time this season in the afternoon. Our times were a lot faster than last time, and I could feel it. The intervals on the track hurt, but I just focused on relaxing on the road miles and I felt pretty good. This was a good confidence booster going into the next couple races and onto track. These workouts on the track are getting me excited for the season!
