I took this morning off because I was feeling exhausted and I could hardly get any sleep last night. In the afternoon we did 6.5 total (3 mile warmup, 4x2:00 hard w/1:00 recovery, 5x400m w/30 sec recovery, .5 mile cool down) on the dirt and grass at Bloomington Park. I felt a lot better today even though it was still pretty hot. |
