3 in the morning. In the afternoon we did 9 total (2.5 mile warm up to dirt by Industrial Park, 6x1000m repeats, cool down back to school). Very hot again today. I don't know if it's just a hot week but the past couple of runs have really been hard on my legs. I also have had very little energy and have been experiencing shortness of breath during our workouts. I thought it might be water but I drink 4 water bottles during school. I'm getting a fair amout of sleep too. I think I might just be exhausted from school and what not. |
