Tought workout today. I was supposed to be hitting around 2:21 for my 800s but I wasn't feeling really well today and got tired quicker than usual. I usually drink 4 bottles of water before practice to prevent this but did not today. |

| Warmed up and cooled down with an easy 1 mile. I ran the 800m with a time of 2:10.81, which is my fastest time this season. The race was great. I really pushed myself. Next week I will be running at Richfield, where I will try to keep improving on my time. |
