PM- 3 miles total: 4x800 (at 2:21, 2:35, 2:41, and 2:44 with 1 minute rest), 1 mile cool down.
Tought workout today. I was supposed to be hitting around 2:21 for my 800s but I wasn't feeling really well today and got tired quicker than usual. I usually drink 4 bottles of water before practice to prevent this but did not today. |
