One of my teammates is doing a research project with the exercise science department to test whether or not running on an incline will reduce musculoskeletal impact. For the project, each participant will be running at the same percentage of his or her VO2 max, so the first test is a VO2 max test. It was my first time doing a VO2 max test in an exercise lab and it was pretty sweet! I think I could've stayed on the treadmill a little longer if I'd been a little tougher but it was a good push for the day. I finished up with some treadmill miles at the wellness center.
