i dont know how far we went!? BUT, i did all 40 repeats and Coach Roberts said that I probably went about 5 total. I kept on wondering why in the world i was hitting my distance, and many times passing it, but felt like i was getting slower! I was soo ready to be done around 34, but i wasn't going to quit :) the best workout of the season so far! ran from after the kids left the track area to the end of the race in all 4 races: even though i stayed with the slower kids i think i ran a little too much today- my thighs are really tight, so i rolled them |
