pretty anxious about knee and going out too fast that i decided to just go for under 4 hours

temp at start 59 degrees compared to 42 at start in 2025, but 2024 it was 65 at start.  i remember being way too hot at mile 19 that year

no pushing the pace just felt like jogging until heart rate over 180 at mile 22.  gel at very start and every 5 miles.  ibuprofen two hours before start and every hour on the hour except hour 3.  also salt tabs two before run and two every hour...i believe i got two on third hour??  i lost my bag with it in and honesty can't remember??
