I ran with the girls from the running group.  We started at Bingham and ran a big loop up to Daybreak and back around.  Average pace 9:09.

Progressive tempo run with Cheris and Michelle M.  We ran up 11800 and over to Daybreak and back.  It was a great run.  Average pace 8:30.

I've been having some pains in my left ankle and my achilles.  So I decided not to run the downhill run with the group today.   I ran with my sister.  She is going to be my pacer at St. George this year.  We started at the Jordan River trail head.  We warmed up around the neighborhood, then ran to the end of the trail and back.  Average pace 8:40

I did not want to get out of bed this morning.  I slept in, so I had to run by time instead of miles.  Average pace 9:00.

Michelle and I met Angela at the Albertsons in Draper.  We ran a short warm up around the parking lot.  Then we ran up 12300 S. and turned on Wasatch Blvd.  We ran out 6 miles and back.  Lots and Lots of hills.   We ran the first half in 55 minutes and the second half in 48.  Average pace 8:35.  Splits for the last 4 miles were 8:02, 7:22, 7:40, 7:43 (mostly down hill).  My plan is to have a fast finish on all my longer runs.  It was a good run.  No bathroom stops.  YEA!!!
