Met Cheris, Michelle, Lisa, and Nancy at 5:15 at Cheris' house.  Then Cheris led us (and the rest of the BBK's) on a great route with lots of hills.  I am kind of sore today which tells me that I need to do these hills more often.  It was a fun run.  I love starting so close to home.  I got 10 whole extra minutes of sleep.  Average pace 8:45.

My legs are SOOOOO sore. I did legs yesterday and then doing all those hills and teaching my class nearly killed me. I hope I can go to cycle in the morning. Right now, my legs hurt to straighten all the way.

I agree, we need to do more hills. That was a great pace considering all the hills we had.
