I met Cheris, Michelle M. and Peggy at Cheris' house. We ran down 2200 W. We ran out 5 miles and back. I felt similar to the way I felt Thursday. Not too great. Average pace 8:29. My left foot has been throbbing all day. I hope it's not my new shoes.
