Wanted to run with the younger boys but they were spread all over the place. Flipped with Bennett and Joseph and picked up Liam. Ran 3 sets of 2 minutes on and 3 minutes steady. Joseph stayed with me and did really well. Added looking for kids. 7.05 miles
