The Dave Holt Canal Trail. Fun morning run with the dedicated crew. They ran slow enough for me to hang around for a while. Enjoyed some new sights but not the skunk smells. Got dropped around 8.25 once the strides hit. I still maintained a decent pace (for my standards). Another good Saturday even feeling like death. 11.21 miles / 7:15 mile pace
