I mentally prepared myself last night for Sandhill. Then once I got out on it my back seized up and calves were super tight. I let myself get behind. Then I had to tell myself to stop being a baby and look for people catch and help. I tried to help Jenna as we got to the top. I ran 16:48 up which was better than last week. I thought I would crush it on the downhill but I felt nauseated (like last week). Still ran 8:29 down, so all in all I was happy with my efforts. 25:17 total Sandhill time. Ran with Carson and Gabe on the way back. 9.34 miles
