I’m a Sophomore at Southern Utah University on the Cross Country and Track teams. Majoring in Accounting. Pine View High School 2017 grad. I love to run.

70 minutes//8.5 miles dopeat long run had to pause at maverick to use the restroom pickups were lovely
Pm- 20 minutes at the grass at sandstone grass runs are fave//2.25 miles
15 minutes and weights
Pm- 50 minutes total//6 miles went to Middleton. I'm officially the shortest person on the team besides ness. So sad day. Striders also.
My neck and right under my ribs hurt. If someone knows why, and could tell me, that'd be great!
Pm- 20 minutes//2.25 easy
Am- 63 minutes//7 miles of awesomeness. Such a good workout. 15 warm and then 2x(2,4,8,4,2) i felt so good especially at the end. My legs felt good :)
Am-15 minutes and weights
Pm- 45 minutes and 5 miles. Just chilled today cuz the workout made my hamstrings hurt.

Pm- 35 total! Ran at uvu and it was the freezingest run of my entire life but it was fun!! 4x200's and handoffs
55// 5.5 Orem. Did good in the 1600 season pr of 5:20
