am- 20 Minutes
Pm- 15 warm and then the 1600. I felt a lot better about the 1600 this week. I ran the same time tho cuz it was windy, but I felt good! I ran a 5:33. My legs felt like they were actually pushing and I surged most of the surge zones the first 2 laps, and then I forgot till the last one. I need to practice running looser so that i stay loose in races, and also running on my toes. Cooled 25 minutes with the girls.
Me and jada practiced some handoffs and me and Jace. Warmed up 15 more minutes for the medley cuz it was FREEEEEEEEZING! then we raced. Mine and jadas handoff was alright, I think I was going too slow at the start cuz jada caught up real quick, but now I know for next time. The 200 is weird but kinda fun!
