warmup and form .75..Ran a very dope loop, probably my favorite run i have done in cedar, so thats DOPE. Im not sure what it was called but it was very dope! It went on a cute little trail and it was down hill for the first 4 miles, so that was a nice perk. the last 2 miles were a little tougher, but it was fun! then 10 strides after.
