66 minutes//7.6 15 warm 5 striders and then 3x1600 meter repeats at the dirt mile. Way good workout for me I felt really good and we had a really good pack the entire time 6:35, 6:19, 6:15. The first one was slow but then we got up to faster than pace. Goal was 6:25. Cooled down. Then I had to leave cuz the missionaries were coming. Roberts said to run around my house twice before they came so I did.
