warmup, and then 2 warmup laps and 3 laps at 60% on the track and then finished the 60% to Home Depot. Its a sad day when you do the same 60% and 80% and you do the 60 a whole minute faster. But that just means i am getting fitter.
After the 60, we did 5xlong hill repeats. They were long and hard and after, my legs felt like noodles. The fastest girls went up to the mountain today, but coach had me stay this time. I am only supposed to go some of the time.
