60 minutes//6ish miles. So we ran down this real real long hill for 15 minutes. I twisted my ankle again it hurt real bad, then I got over it and kept going. We had a hill workout. 2 sets of 3x80 second hills. I led the first 1. Then I pushed from the back on next 3. It felt good! The 5th one I got to lead again, so that felt good. The last one I went all out and it felt so good! Best hill for last :) I <3 hills and running
Then we did skits. They were pretty funny
