AM Run. Zac and I went up to the school to run. 1 mile warm up, 1 mile sprinting the straight ways, and walking the corners, and 1.25 miles running stadiums. I pulled a muscle in my calf and hamstring while sprinting and it is a little sore to walk on. Nice workout. Coldest morning yet this fall.
Some of the weight loss is undoubtedly water weight. I am a little dehydrated today.
