| Still a bit under the weather but decided to do frisbee instead of a run. 12 people, perfect weather. My team had struggles and was low energy (including me, who ran less than usual). In the game, we were down 0-2 and I thought we were in trouble, but we scored 4 straight before winning 5-3. We lost the next game 1-3.

| Lunch 4. Felt better than I expected.
PM- about 2 miles at xc practice. The coach gave out PR bars- the team ran well and it was a fast course last meet, so everyone except the three fastest girls set PR's. Some of them set PR's by almost 4 minutes at a 2 mile race.

| 18 people at frisbee, most in a long, long time. Great weather- mid 60's, sunny, a bit breezy. My team never led the first game and lost 4-5, won the next game 3-2. I didn't play great, some bad throws and drops, but ok.

| PM- after a day of soccer and a birthday party, finally went running. 2 miles with Aspen in 17 min, then 4 more by myself. Felt good, miles were 8:15, 8:05, 7:40, 7:20.
