Personal:

400m/800m competitively in track in high school.  Took 15 years off. Started running again in 2010.  Married to my beautiful wife, Tiffany, with 2 little boys, now 4 and 6.  I'm a civil engineer working for the Indiana DOT in Seymour, IN.   I live in a slightly larger town about 20 miles north - Columbus, IN.  Originally from Lexington, KY.

AM: 5.1 miles around the neighorhood - 44:15.  Where's the storms??  A bunch of events cancelled for the forecasted storm...

PM Series 5k "Race" at Ceraland Park.  Delayed for storm.  Did not go well.  A hilly course, but, totally felt like crap after about 1 mile at (what felt like) manageable pace.  5k in 18:58, after 5:50 mile 1.  About 6.7 miles total with WU and CD
