I was planning to go with Paula early this morning, but when she called and canceled I climbed right back in bed.   I had to photograph a family so I did not get out until noon.  I over dressed.  I went back once and changed but was still to hot.  Felt pretty good and the IT/hip did not bother me until the last 1.5 miles.  I got one mile in at MP but the rest was nice and enjoyable.
