Lybi - My first 5k was not great but I knew I could do better. That is what keeps me going - the fact that I know that I can always improve. I have had my share of bad races but I am always trying to figure out what I did wrong and how to fix it.
I am so glad you joined the blog! Now I can keep in touch with you better, now if we can get andee to join. It was so fun to see you all over thanksgiving. I wish you were all coming down for christmas. Good job on your run today!!
