First run back in about a month and sporadic in March. Work has kicked my but and this peak volleyball season for my three girls. Out early and it was hard, very hard. My legs/quads are tired.
Early morning with Wendy, Ashley and Megan on the usual course through the Colonial. Megan announced that she is moving back to Colorado, so she will be missed. Run was better than Monday, but still to dang hard. Avg Pace 8:37
We all opted to sleep in this morning and Wendy and I ran after work. It was nice and toasty, preparing us for a long, hot summer. From the office, down the hill to Hulen, on the trail towards foster park and back. Up the hill for the last mile really stunk. Avg Pace 8:47
