Met the BBK's today. There was lots of snow on the JRP and at 13 degrees so the pace was slow.  Quite possibly my slowest pace ever with them.  We warmed up and then did hill repeats on a new hill Cheryl found us.  It was a good workout but slowed down due to the elements.  I had to leave early again :(

Happy Running!

Were we that slow? Hmmm, it is funny how I feel fast when we run slow. I am all messed up!

Hope you have a great rest of the day and see you Thursday.

It was great running with you today. I'm glad you made it home ok. I'll see you Thursday.
