It was a nice day a little cooler and low humidity. I had a busy day today so had to cut the run short. I wanted to do 7 miles but had to get back. I started easy and felt pretty good. I did have about a 5 min stretch with some slight pain in the hip but it went away and the rest of the run was ok. I did some extra stretching when I got back home which seems to be helping. Hoping to run everyday this week to see how it goes. 38:57 (7:48 avg)
