I got early this morning and got it a short run. It was warm (74) and had some light rain. I felt good and ran easy. The hip seemed to be ok. I found a stretch last night that isolated the muscle that has been giving me problems. That really seemed to help. I am really hoping that this week I can get back to full time running. I was able to pick up the pace today some as I ran and it felt good to run a little faster. 38:33 (7:43 avg) Went for a 20 mile back ride later in the morning. I still felt good and had a pretty good pace. I am starting to feel like I am getting close to getting over this problem but I still some pain and need to keep up with the stretching, etc.
