It was warm and humid this morning. Just did another easy run as I try to get back to normal running without any hip pain. I started off real easy to get warmed up. This is something that I didn't do real well in the past and I am trying to do a better job of easing into the run to make sure my muscles are good and loose. As I went along I felt pretty good. I picked up the pace to around 7:30 and felt good. I had one little section where the hip tightened up but not bad. Overall this was my best run in awhile. I think the stretching is paying off. 47:38 (7:57 avg)
