I don't know if it's just in my head or not, but my body is sore and tired.  I think it might be because of the increased mileage and weight lifting I did last week.

6.05 in 38:30 or somewhere right around there.  Can't remember the exacty time for sure, but the entire run averaged right around 7:40 minute/mile pace.  My body is still very sore and I have been very tired.

Great run this morning and this is by far the best I've felt this week, and actually the best I've felt in quite some time.  Overall pace was right around 7:11 minute/mile, and considering my first mile is always around 8:00, I was very happy with the overall pace.  Last 2.5 miles were run under 7:00 minute/mile pace.

4.55 miles - Don't remember the total time but average pace was right around 7:43 minute/mile.  Tried to take it easy today, and hope to go long tomorrow (15-17 miles).

I did not feel good for most of this run.  Just a bit lightheaded for some reason.  But my body seemed to hold up fine.  Ran with Mark for the whole way until the end.  Then he broke off and finished at about 15 miles and I went a bit longer.
