AM 2.5 mile warm up to Willowcreek jr. high and then 6 x 800 with a rest in between of 50-90% of the time it took me to run the prior 800. Splits (rest): 2:56 (2:05), 2:47 (2:41), 2:50 (2:39), 2:52 (2:30), 2:52 (2:36), 2:49. These were tougher than I was expecting. The first one completely shocked my system and then I got use to the effort. Glad this one is over. |
