3.95 in 37:39. It was a run/walk. Sharp pain that would come and go, but overall, it's some more progress. Lifted for 55 min and then swam for 2 hours. I went for 1:17 straight, which is a record for me. I hit the 2 mile mark at about 1:04. I would have kept going after the 1:17, but I got a cramp in my calf and it stopped me dead in my tracks. Continued on doing different things until I hit the 2 hour mark. Did the 3.95 running/walking when I got home. Also, weighed myself at the gym and was surprised to see about 162ish. That means I've probably put on about 3-4 lbs since I basically had to quit running. Not bad. Went to PT yesterday morning. Did some exercises and another cortisone treatment. The knee throbbed in the evening while sitting for a while.
