Walked for 5 min. Ran/walked about .5 and then started feeling pain so I stopped. Elliptical for 40 min. Going to the gym and before I started my workout I was hopeful that I would be able to run some miles. It's a start. Went to the PT yesterday. Did some exercises, a cortisone treatment, and he taped it.
50 more min. on the elliptical in the evening. Sweated a ton and it felt good. Glad I went.
